As expected the report is not good this week:) I ate a bunch of good food this week and enjoyed every bite:) Weeks like this are going to happen.....life would suck if the didn't:D I love good food and I love to have it with good friends. But it is unusual that I have three such occasion in one week:eek: Back on track is my motto. I heard Denise Austin (fitness trainer (hotttie;) )) say one time if we eat right 80% of the time all will even out. I believe it just because she said it;) ;) ;)

I lost the pound I gained last week. I THOUGHT I was going to loose another pound as well, but I pigged out last night. :( I'm so disappointed in myself. But at least I made it to the gym twice this week! Here's the "official" report:

Original weight: 142
Last week: 136
Today: 135
This week's loss: 1
Total loss: 7

Not too bad. I am hoping that my mini-party that I'm having this weekend doesn't set me back too badly. Perhaps being host will keep me too busy to eat??? One can hope! ;)

Deb....did you read my post? I am up 3 pounds and pizza was "part" of the culprit......Maybe we should meet and console each other with a large fambo-deluxe pizza pie!!!!:D :p

Sounds great-with extra cheese!!! We could have it today so there is plenty of time till next Friday!!!:D

Actually, I didn't even watch it (football = snooze). Cindy is the UK Football fan. Now maybe Kentucky will actually be ranked commensurate to reality. Now it will be SC whose rating is inflated. :p :p :p :p :p

Great job everyone....even the ones with no loss. I think just keeping track of it helps. I know when I'm on a gain I avoid the scales even though I'm supposed to be weighing everyday for CHF.

This week has been a good week. I'm trying to do some of what my husband does since his lap band. He drinks a very large glass of water a half hour or so before his meals and then no fluids with his meal at all. The idea is not to wash your food through your stomach but let it stay in to digest and keep you feeling full longer. Resume fluids about an hour after your meal is finished. It is hard to get used to having nothing to drink at meal time but I think it helps.

total loss= 2 lbs.

You are right. I think whatever the ranking is for USC it will be inflated. Still a lot of football to go.
