I was starting this thread typing away with the intent to go underground and not post my weight until the end of the race and then I stopped. I’m truly disgusted with my weight, the efforts made to no avail and many more things that I will not burden you with. With the increase in exercise I expected to at least stay the same but noooooo. My appetite has not budged a bit in fact it has increased and the craving for sweets has too. And with the increase in blood sugar my dear wife gives me “that look” (you men know of what I speak:rolleyes2 every time I pick up a sugary snack. If I keep losing battles the war is sure to follow:mad2: .... end rant and climbing down off the pity pot....
