I have had a few good days ... hope you have ... I have no idea where my weight has been except to say it has gone steadily up until I got back on track ... I deal with stress by eating and I can’t change that so I’m looking into ways to eliminate stress, wish me luck:eek2: .... I have walked three days this week and headed to the golf course this morning and plan to walk eighteen holes ....

How has your week been? ... a pound or two down the drain I hope!!! I have lost this week (just no idea how much) and I hope to report some loss next week as well!!!

Have a great week and free bananas to everyone if TheChimp shows a loss for the sprint!!!!!

2012 Founder’s Day Sprint Starting Weight .... 211.0
Last Week .... Who Knows:rolleyes2:
This Week .... 217.5
Race Stats: +6.5

I have had a good week food wise. However, last night I made homemade chicken enchiladas complete with tomatillos and jalapeños and garlic. I gained over two pounds from yesterday, but still have a loss for the week.

Starting Weight: 183.3
Last Week: 183.5
This Week: 182.1
Loss for Week: 1.4
Loss for FDS: 1.2

Cindy and I have been invited by my employer to a show hosted by a supplier, a supplier of snack foods that is. Yes, that is just what I need to be in the middle of. Tonight there is a dinner provided. Tomorrow we'll likely have breakfast and lunch out. Wish me luck. I will behave as well as can be reasonably expected. I am not interested in feeling bad from what I eat, but I know that sometimes we don't do what's right either.

When we have an anonymous weigher, I have a good idea who that will be!

Good job Cooker!

Wise .... sounds like this is a special occasion type of event ... remember that you can offend by not trying the goodies provided ... would not want you to make a social blunder:biggrin2:

I will therefore endulge for the benefit of society.

The Weight Watchers scale is not playing nice with Superbob right now. An afternoon of swimming followed by prune juice cocktails may be part of a strategy to make it yield a better number on Saturday morning. :D Too bad sitting at a Boardwalk bar and gawking does not burn calories. :tongue2:

Swimming and prune juice oughta do something to your weight; just be careful what you wish for.:wink2:

My weight is exactly what it was last week. I haven't lost any for the race, but there's still time!:smile2:

Last week: 148.5
This week: 148.5

Your eyes look smaller to me :tongue2:

Good job Duffey ... I have had a minor set back but back with it today ... a no gain is a victory ... I'll take it if you don't want it:tongue2:

You people are so durned dedicated. Superbob was considering bagging it this week because he was so disgusted with himself. But here you TDers are, with your honest accountings.

Okay Superbob is now up 1.6 pounds for the Sprint:frown2: The better news is that he was up 3.6 pounds a few days ago. So he has lost some of his gain. :confused2: Or something.

So there is still hope he can get back to a small net loss by Founder's Day. (Do we get a holiday in honor of Cap't Cooker?)

Not sure ... but I'm trying:eek2:

Just an interim weigh-in (SB doesn't usually do these), but the Man of Steel is proud of himself: He's back down to a net loss of 0.5 pounds for the Sprint as of this morning. Was about to spiral out of control, and probably would have without the Throwdown. So it's not much, I know, but if I can keep laying off the junk food and exercising (much of it indoors until the heat and humidity let up), maybe SB can have a positive result for the Sprint.:smile2:

Way to go, Bob!

I'm down 1.5 from last weigh in.
I've got 2.5 lbs to go to get back to my pre-cruise weight - which was where I was January 1, and still about 6 lbs higher than I wanted to be.
At least I'm making some progress getting back to what was already too heavy.

I want to officially weigh . . . TODAY!:cool2:

I haven't been on the scales since last Thursday, and frankly, I stepped on them this morning thinking I had gained at least one pound.:mad2:

WRONG! I am down a pound and a half from last week. :eek2: No matter what transpires the rest of the week in relation to my scales, I'm going with today's weight!:biggrin2:

I hope my scale will be kind to me tomorrow or after tomorrow!!

I am not daring to weigh myself ... I just came back from a two-weeks reunion vacation with my sisters and their kids. I walked a lot despite the heat in the East Coast, but I also indulged more than I normally allow myself to. I feel my clothes are a tiny bit tighter, but will try to walk this off and eat this week more veggies and fruits I go to my WW meeting on Saturday.
