Good morning Throwdowners ... Things are about the same here in sunny, hot SC ... I’m still walking (skipping today) and have had a few sugary days that account for my one pound gain instead of a loss for the week ... no worries, TheChimp is not diving off the deep end, I just needed a treat or two ...

I hope all are well and have had a great week ... gain, lose or draw lets find something to be grateful for ... Have a great week and keep moving!!!!

Red White & Blue Starting weight .... 215.5
Last Week .... 212.0
This Week .... 211.5
Race Stats: -4.0

I have amended my starting post to reflect a loss for last week ... being that this is a “Friday” Throwdown I guess this is ok ... I guess when I weighed Thursday am I must of been full of it:tongue2: ... anyway down 4 pounds for the race:thumbup:

Good job Cooker. Heck yeah I'd amend it!

Here's our reports:

CINDY:

Starting Weight: 151.3
Last Week: 148.5
This Week: 148.5
Loss for week: 0
Loss for Race to RWB: 2.8

WISE:

Starting Weight: 193.6
Last Week: 189.6
This Week: 187.5
Loss: 2.1
Loss for Race to RWB: 6.1

Cindy is happy to maintain this week. I'm happy to lose this week. We ate at Cracker Barrel last night, which isn't always the thing to do the night before weigh in. Counted our points and it worked well. Love that corn bread!!!!!

I'm at 137.9 today. Paying for succumbing to Pizza last weekend...And I'm having Thai food for lunch. Bad me. Salt and fat.

We're one day, actually two days I guess, away from Throwdown/Weigh in, and this thread is TOO QUIET!:eek2:

Is everyone on track to have a weight loss, Friday?

I'm about to OD on exercise but not certain about the weight.:tongue2::smile2::smile2:

Yes, it has been quiet!!! I am on track to lose this week. As far as I know, Cindy is too. We have both been very busy this week. We both have been working part-time and having to plan a little better. Got caught starved on Sunday and ate breakfast out; bad choice. I'm still down, but it could have been better.

I need to get some type of exercise Duffey. I should OD too, but I have a feeling I won't.

I feel alot better when I exercise, but it doesn't always result in weight loss. :(
Don't you and Cindy feel better when you're on track with a weight loss plan? I do. It makes me feel like I'm in charge of some aspect of my life even when I'm not!:tongue2:

Yes, we really do feel better when we're on track. I also enjoy my food more when I'm eating "on purpose" and not just because. I do allow myself one day a week in which I use some or all of my weekly points. That allows for special treats/occasions. I really do need to step it up in the exercise category though!
