Greetings ... here we are at another weeks end and the inevitable weigh-in:rolleyes2: ... After a week of celebratory eating I am up 5.5 pounds and surprised it isn't more ... I have also rekindled an old love affair with Little Debbie that has added to my fully explainable weight gain ... it is what it is ... peace out:thumbup:

St Patty’s Day Race Starting weight : 215
Last week : 202
This week: 207.5
Total St Patty’s Day Race Loss: 7.5

That's funny, at work I saw a box of Little Debbie banana pudding rolls. I thought, I bet you know who knows about these. hehe.

I am sure Little Debbies will be only a temporary infatuation for our Chimp.

As for Superbob, it's uncertain what this week has wrought. Been walking but no gym visits so far this week. True confession: We bought a package of Tahoe cookies (Pepperidge Farm) and DW was searching for them last night ("I'm sure we bought some." In truth, SB had eaten them all. Yummy gems with macademia nuts.)

Lots of first of year stresses reminding SB why fall is his favorite time of the year.

Oh well, Super Duper weigh-in will come tomorrow.

Cooker's loving Little Debbie; I'm sticking with the program.

Last weigh in: 159
This week's weigh in: 158
Loss for the week: 1
Total St.Paddy's Day Race: 3 pounds

Today gain : 3

WOW...WOW...WOW... I don't really know what happened. I gained 3 big pounds. Sorry guys I really need to shape up.

Superbob appears to have hit a plateau -- no change again this week. (Well, a fraction of a pound loss, but SB throws those back like little sunfish.) :p SB lost quite a bit in the last race -- not sayin' he's perfect now, but further losin' seems to be slow going.

Girlies, this looks like your big chance to win a race if you can muster your troops. :smile2: Good goin', Duffey.

I'm reporting my weight today. Cindy will weigh tomorrow.

I'm down .5 today, going from 179.4 to 178.9. I'll take it.

Am I detecting that the Saint Paddy's race has lost its sizzle? Should we just declare the girlies the victors, raise a glass of green ale in their honor, and go back to individual Throwdown reports?

Just wondering. Maybe Superbob is wrong. (He is wrong about once every millennium. :p:p:p

I'm losing my race right now. We went out for lunch on Sunday, and I've put on at least 2 lbs this week, despite sticking to my diet and exercise program. I'm sure it's the salt from one restaurant meal. I'm tracking my WW points religiously, so it's not what I'm eating. The scale read 135 point something this morning.
Methinks it's time to increase the lasix for a week or so. It's very frustrating to be on good behavior and have the scales contradict my hard efforts.
Work is absolutely insane, to boot, so I'm sure the stress doesn't help.

Yeah, it does. I realized after we got there that the menu on their website is only partial. They have a lot more decadent stuff. Oh my. However, I got a basic breakfast of eggs & sausage, no bread, with fruit. Cindy had biscuits and gravy.

I got on the scale yesterday morning (Sunday) and was down a pound:thumbup: ... After church I headed out to the Carolina baseball game and tried to choose smart snacks but that's hard for me to do at a ball game:redface2: ...

In honor of my 5 year valvasary (2-21) I will try and lose 5 more pounds before St Patty's Day:thumbup:

Happy Valversary, Mr. Chimp! Five years is big -- wishing you many multiples of five to come.

Baseball is back! --- yahoooooo! This year, Coastal Carolina is going to beat out your Gamecocks and get to the College World Series.

Losing weight -- yeah Superbob will be heading to the gym this afternoon after walking the halls of the hospital this morning as a volunteer. Cheerio!

All sounds good Superbob except for Coastal beating the Gamecocks ... but you can dream:biggrin2:
