Greetings from the over indulgent Chimp:tongue2: ... I am posting an incredible no change for the week ... I have really got to stop this weekly yo-yo and get the downward motion going steady and slow ... I know I would have been up if I had not darn near fasted the last two days ... I know that is not healthy but a Chimp does what a Chimp must do ...

Heading out to IOP (Isle Of Palms for you non South Carolina folks) for lunch at one of our favorite beech side shack and will most likely end up in Charleston for dinner (here we go again:redface2:)

Hope you had a good week!!! ...

Thanksgiving Day Marathon Starting Weight: 217.25
Current Weight .... 221.25
Marathon Stats .... +4.0

Superbob can wholeheartedly recommend this one if you go to Mount Pleasant, Chimpster:

On Shem Creek. Some of best seafood I'ver ever had. Nice scenery, and I mean not just the waitresses.

Meanwhile, Superbob's painfully accurate WW scales indicated he was up about a half-pound this morning, but SB is going to hit the pool and workout room, and try for a better reading tomorrow morning.

Peace.

Yesterday Superbob worked out hard in the community exercise room, all the while looking out the window at the pool and wondering why he wasn't there. The minute he got home, the grandkids begged for SB to take them to the pool. So SB spent another 90 minutes swimming and aqua-jogging (when not refereeing urchins). :biggrin2:

Results:

This morning, Superbob is down 1.1 pounds for the Race to Turkey Day.

Superbob intends to win that honey-glazed drumstick!

And even more good news -- next week, low temps will be down in low 60s or high 50s -- a taste of fall weather! Perfect for longer walks! :smile2:

I managed to lose a bit last week, but immediately sabotaged myself at the annual Labor Day/Birthday/Anniversary dog training group party. I'm up 2.5 this week from Sunday. Sigh.

I too am looking forward to the cool front that's moving into Texas tonight. It was 104 yesterday, 97 when Jet and I trained at 7:30 last night. Maybe if I can add back in my evening walks (if this stupid ankle stops acting up: HEAL Already!) then maybe I can make the cruise weight budge.
I am now 15 pounds over my goal weight. ARGHHHH! That durned scale is moving in the wrong direction!

WOOT!WOOT!

Superbob doesn't usually do interim reports, but this morning he is now down 2.2 pounds in the Turkey Day Marathon!

He is posting this to motivate himself not to blow all this hard-earned gain, er, loss, with some mindless weekend indulgence.:rolleyes2:

Hope other Throwdowners are doing well ... Superbob needs some competition. :biggrin2:

Superbob had another good result from the WW scales this morning, but he decided not to post it, 'cause weighing every day is pretty silly, and SB is probably making himself a bore here, and Duffey will soon be back here, saying "Prove it on Friday, Chump!" (or something like that)....:tongue2: Pretty quiet here. Everybody watching NFL football. All Superbob can say is...

RG3, baby!

Sounds like a good time was had at IOP!

SB, you're doing a great job!

As for me, it's not very pretty. I'm stressing about things and trying to shuck this negative attitude I've been in lately. I'll get there eventually. Pity party.

Prove it on Friday, SB!:tongue2:
Just kidding. I've just returned from The Land of Pie, and I feel like I've gained a LOT.:eek2: I gotta take it out on someone.:wink2:
I think Throwdowners should treat ourselves to a visit to Myrtle Beach and let SB lead our exercise regime. Obviously he's in the groove.
Happy belated birthday, Wise. Cheer up! Fall's right around the corner.:smile2:

Fall-like weather is here today! Very pleasant this morning. I know there will be some more hot and humid days yet, but this is a delightful sampling of what's ahead. Yes, Superbob can envision himself in his outfit, cape and all, leading the Throwdowners in vigorous exercise on the beach this morning. One-two-three-FOUR! Step it up now! All right, Chimp, keep your attention on the class, not the bikinis! Drinks afterwards at Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville....okay, maybe pancakes at the Olympic Flame pancake house first....:smile2:

I believe the 15th is the day our doggie friends can walk the beach with us any time of the day. I hope Sadie dawg feels up to it by then. She's been very lethargic the past few days -- I am worried about her, and will get the vet to check her out again. I have a feeling she may be getting diabetic, in which case we would have something else in common.

At lunchtime today, DW and I go to a Mended Hearts luncheon at which a nominating committee says it wants to put the Man of Steel up for its new president. Poor folks -- the TDers could warn them of all the sarcasm and hijincks they're letting themselves in for. :tongue2:

The Man of Steel for President! Good choice from the Mended Hearts' nominating committee!

As I feared, after my trip to the Land of Pie, my scales show a substantial weight gain this morning. 4 pounds to be exact.:eek2::eek2: If I can knock it down a few pounds by Thursday, I will consider myself fortunate.:redface2:
Cooler weather, and increased outside exercise, can't come soon enough.:smile2:

You guys (and gals) are making it too easy for Superbob! Superbob is munching celery after having taken a polar-bear plunge in the community pool with the grandkids for a one-hour sunset swim. The pounds are flying off.

You better get your regimens together or Superbob is going to fly into your 'hood and kick your keisters!:p

Please kick hard ... I need to be re-booted:tongue2:

I don't want re-booted. I just want to sleep.

I'm walking or elliptical 1 hour per day. Work is crazy, so I'll be working 50+ hours a week through year end, and have cancelled our agility trials.

I'm not dead, but I may be MIA for a LOONNNNGGG time. Thank you, you bunch of lazy, uncompromising stonewallers in CONGRESS!
