Greetings Throwdowners!! I trust this finds all well. TheChimp is ready for some cooler weather as central SC is as usual famously hot and today is probably hitting 100F!!! Anyway I have managed to drop a bit more this week (1.75) and I hope to keep the trend going but I have to be realistic and know that a Super Chili Slaw Dog craving is lurking close by!!!

Glad Wise is feeling better and hoping Mrs SuperBob is on the mend as well! I found out this week that a dear childhood friend has been diagnosed with stage three colon cancer. Her name is Susan, she's a fighter. I would appreciate prayers as she has a tough road ahead.

Have a great week and keep on moving!!

Good report, Mr. Chimp. Will certainly pray for your friend Susan.
A report from SB will have to wait til next week -- entertaining grandkids and other kinfolk, including out-of-town guests this week. All bets off.
Mrs. SB has a bad cold and still awaiting results of other tests...

Glad to read that you've had a good week, Chimp, and I will also keep Susan in my prayers. Superbob, I hope Mrs. SB recovers quickly from her cold and hope all test results come back the way you want them to.
I went in for my yearly evaluation (needed to maintain discount on DH's employee insurance), and although it turned out well, I am up 7 pounds from this time last year. However, I recognize that it has been a very stressful year for the family and exercising has taken a back seat to all the other daily activities. I'm about 85% motivated to get with the exercise program, so we'll see if I can ramp it up to 100.

Hey Duffey, I am responding. I have not had the chance to step on the scales for weeks. Flew to Arkansas from my job in Tallahassee where my mom was having somewhat emergency hip replacement surgery. Stress eating is the normal.

Hope all goes well mbeard with your mom's surgery. Understand the stress eating for sure.

Duffey, glad to hear your yearly report is good. Stress, especially family related, makes it difficult to care as much about diet and exercise. I understand! I hoping you, and me too, find the desired motivation this year.

I am up 1.5 this week, but since that weigh in I have had some sabotage meals (no one force fed me though) and we are having a special meal with Cindy's mom today in Lexington. There goes this week. I will make an effort to minimize the damage the rest of the week.
