OK so VR has been updated and we know how most of us react to change so I'm just going to keep my thoughts to myself and give it time.

I'm down seven pounds from the STLD kickoff. I'm sure some of it was fluid as I returned from Alaska with swollen feet and legs. How did your week go? I hope everyone is well although I think SuperBob is under the weather.

Sorry but this will be short today as I'm running late and I don't have time to figure this out. Have a great week and keep on losing!!!!

2014 Starting Weight: 231
2014 STLD Starting Weight: 235
Today's Weight: 228

Thanking the Chimp for battling through and opening the new TD week, and congrats to him on his weight progress. I have been trying ti keep ahead of the crud by gargling, using sprays, lozenges, extra strength whatever -- all the OTC tools available (clear with doctor), Checked with PT and asked if they wanted me to stay away -- no, they wanted me to soldier on, since I'm not sneezing and spreading bad stuff around, so I am soldiering on. My magic "7" now looks like a "6" so will count that as progress….. I think on our new system, I like the ease of reply, but I'm thinking something remains to be implemented. But in any event I am grateful to be able to get on the greatest website in the universe. Cheers to all…..

I have had difficulty even getting to this page, so I will say that I'm not in love with this clunky design. No big complaint though. Off my chest. My weight is the same this week at 179.5. I had a couple splurges with "illegal" foods but recovered. Have a good week.

I'm out of town, AGAIN!, but I did weigh before we left yesterday morning. I don't know how it compared to the week before, but I feel good and think I'm making progress. I hope you're feeling better SB and everyone else is doing well.

Hey. Duffey has an avatar?

Hey Mr. Chimp, think "managing your account," monkey around a bit, click on your default avatar and it will invite you to "edit" your avatar -- that's the best I can remember -- come on, chimp around, you can do it!

I am getting better at using the website now. Like anything else, it will become the norm soon. I understand it's still evolving.

Had a very busy Sunday, having to work. In the middle of it all we took our next door neighbors and good friends to a great Mexican restaurant here and had a wonderful meal. Cooker (or any of you) if you ever make it back to Louisville, this is a good choice, Casa Fiesta. The same name as the one in Frankfort, but not the same other than it's Mexican. Anyway, had a great day....had ice cream which is a no no for me according to the doc, but no no's are bound to happen at times. I feel encouraged that I'm beginning to feel better little by little. The last year was very difficult for me but I can cautiously say thay my energy level is definitely improving.

Hope everyone had a good weakend. Superbob, I hope the creepy crud is creeping away from you and that you are feeling better by now.

Wise, glad you're feeling better. We went by a Lucky's Market yesterday on our way home from the kids, but I couldn't find the coconut you recommended. The store was packed so I wasn't able to look around as much as I would have liked, but since our son is now an assistant manager there (!) I hope to get another opportunity.

Yes, Lucky's Market is always crowded. Always. Yes, if you like good real coconut it's worth looking again. Things can be hard to find there, but the employees are very willing to search out what you need. Besides you have inside connections now! Good luck to your son with his job. It's seems like a great company to work for.
