Greetings ... I have had a busy week and I’m a bit rushed this morning so I will have to be brief ... No gym time this week but I have managed to lose one pound...

How did you do this week? ... Good to have Superbob on the mend!!!

2013 Starting Weight: 231
Last Weigh In : 228.00
Todays Weight: 227.00
YTD: -4

Good job Cooker! Hope you have a great Friday!

Cindy and I have been rather busy with our Colombian friend Edwin. We've moved around a lot more even if most of that was registerable as exercise on my Moves app. The last two weeks combined I walk 20 miles. I will try to do a better job of writing down my mileage.

Here's my report:

Starting Weight: 194.5
Last Week: 181.4
This Week: 180.9
Weekly Change: -.5
Total Loss For The Year: 13.6

I'm very happy to have shifted to a healthier lifestyle. We credit some of that to Edwin since he encourages us to eat more vegetables, fruits, healthy protein, etc. Colombians eat a type of cornbread called arepas. I could eat them at every meal!

Have a great day everyone!!

Nice job, everyone! I'm back to my "usual" bike and walking routine at the gym as of Wednesday. I'm also down about a pound or two, but I won't claim it yet until I see if it is just poor eating habits over the past couple of days. Things are getting really busy and tense with a wedding in the family in just 2 weeks.

It sounds like everyone is doing well. I lost a half pound for the week, but we're leaving town for the week-end, so I'll have to watch it.

Cooker, I won't be here tomorrow to wish you happy birthday, so I'll say it now: Happy Birthday!:smile2:

2013 Starting Weight: 151.5
Last weigh-in: 146.5
This week: 146
Loss for the year: 5.5

SB appears to be down still about 3 for year but that was with cape and all on and standing precariously to avoid falling -- so maybe a little more. Staples came out today, final home PT tomorrow, then to really serious hard-core out-patient Pt for 4-6 weeks starting Monday. If I survive all that maybe I will be in position to make real progress. Doctor rather brusquely told me I am "behind schedule" on PT -- to which my unspoken retort was, how much PT progress would you have made lying on your rear end getting IVs for a week?

I thought I'd join the Chimp for pancakes, but I just couldn't make that last hill.:wink2::biggrin2:

You know the idea is to burn the calories before you consume them. You eat the pancakes once you've been revived from passing out. Hehe

I'm "away" for the weekend and Mr. Chimp goes and has another birthday? Well, well. I hope it was a most happy event and that you have many, many more great ones after it.

Have come back from the mountains to a crazy work week:eek2: ... We had a great time and now back on track but I have not been able to get back to the gym ... hope to get back to my regular schedule tomorrow:thumbup:

Thanks for all the well wishes and for keeping the Throwdown going:thumbup:
