I could offer any number of excuses for the recent gain but why bother ... I have been eating what I want, when I want and how much I want. Back on track:thumbup:

2013 Starting Weight: 231
Last Weigh In : 219.0
Todays Weight: 221.0
YTD: -10

My schedule has been blown out of the water in so many ways, I'll have to weigh tomorrow. I'm sure today's numbers would be embarrassing, as I had "business" lunches two days in a row. Some weeks are just difficult that way.

Of course, plans for this weekend won't help, either. We have reservations for dinners at a couple of really nice places on Saturday and Sunday to celebrate my wife's birthday. Sometimes we just have to bite the bullet. . .

Cooker, I think you're going to have to swing through the jungle and beat the drums to get Throwdowners posting.:wink2:

I finally weighed this morning. I stayed the same, and that's about what I expected. We've had a really busy few weeks helping out with the grandkids. One was sick one week and then the other was sick last week. They only have two days of school this week so I expect to be busy once again.

Wise, glad you and Cindy are on track with WW. I haven't done much walking the past ten days, but I'm hopeful that will soon change.

Last week: 149
This week: 149

By the way, I've only consumed 5 small Halloween candy bars so far.:biggrin2:

My Internet service was down from last Thursday to Saturday. But beyond that, I am inclined to make a fresh start on January 2. Not really in a mindset right now to step on the scales and report, as I have been doing for 7 or 8 years or however long. Eating nice, healthy, balanced meals is a challenge right now -- my DW often doesn't feel like cooking because of health problems and my cooking skills are minimal. I could do better, I know, but I need a break.

Good job Cooker. Getting up and moving at all sometimes is a victory.

SB, I totally understand where you are at. I was there for a great part of this year. I am now back to where I can deal with weight loss. I wouldn't worry. You can always pick up that issue again when you are ready.

As for Cindy and me, we weighed at WW last week. We'll report our progress here on Saturday. So, we'll report every Saturday from now on.

Hope everyone is doing well. Have a good rest of the week.
