Some of you have asked if I was ever going to do a talk on warfarin. The answer is now, yes.

I have signed up with a company called Cross Country Education. I have developed a six-hour long presentation designed for continuing education. It has been approved for CE for nurses, nurse practitioners and pharmacists. Others can attend, too.

It will be offered in Columbus (Dublin) OH on Wednesday October 11, Dayton (Vandalia) OH on Thurs Oct 12, and Indianapolis on Fri Oct 13, Cincinatti on Wed Nov 1, Lexington KY on Thur Nov 2, and and Louisville KY on Fri Nov 3.

Remember her wanting to take Katie off of coumadin, stick her in the hospital and bridge her for her dental work?????? I'll suggest Texas for early next year. What cities would be best? The company schedules 3 months in advance to get rooms at hotels etc.
