Thanks everyone for your input about my toe I have had this problem before with my ankle/foot for after each time it happen bruses would appear and sure enough I have a bruse on top of foot ,I am really getting to know my body quit well my wrist and foot are healing now ,its a never ending battle I just need to vent here,this life style is not always easy for me I don't know about all of you well i better go I''ll just give myself sometime to feel sorry for myself and ill be ok thanks for everyone being here take care of yourselves chris

I've been known to say to my husband, when I'm in the midst of upsetting news or some such thing "Just give me a little time to feel sorry for myself, before I pick myself back up again."
