I'm 48 and had an anal fissure repaired 5 years ago. When I last saw the doctor who did the surgery, he advised me getting a colonoscopy in the future. The future has arrived. Today I did the prep before having the procedure done at 8 a.m. tomorrow.
Then on November 17th I'm having carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand. I never had CT till my OHS in August 2008. It is believed that because of the way I was laid out for surgery, that caused the CT damage. I had no symptoms before surgery and remember noticing the numbness almost right away after waking up.
All I hope is that I do have CT and it isn't a brachial plexus injury. Which is the other realistic possibility.
