Hi Everyone,
Its been awhile since I have posted anything, but I still lurk from time to time.
I was reading a post today from a while back about cold weather and heart attacks. It reminded me of something I have been experiencing recently. In the mornings at work, I go for a short 10-15 walk to get out of the office for a bit. The last few weeks I notice that after our first loop (7-8 minutes of walking) it feels like I have a rock in my chest. Its lower chest, below the sternum area. Has anybody experienced this before? Do you think it could just be from the scar tissue?
Thanks,
Shannon
