does anyone know if green olives will increase inr reading. mine increase from 2.9 to 3.6 with the only change in my diet was two jars of olives with stuffed pimentoes.

I agree but, gosh, wouldn't it be great if we found out that something that actually tasted good could replace coumadin?Blanche said:Tom, since you consumed the two bottles of olives over a two week period, I would bet the Ranch that those tasty orbs had absolutely nothing to do with fluctuations and your INR.
