Just wanted to post and say "Hi"I haven't been on for along time but I do try to drop in and read to keep in touch you all are such a wonderful group.Just wanted to let you all know how much you help and to say thanks and send some hugs out to everyone during this holiday season.
When I feel down I just come in here and sit and read and all the positive vibs come at me and I feel much better when I leave.
Thanks for all your words of wisdom and incouragement.I wish I was closer and could come to a reunion but I'll just have to read about them.All my best for a Merry Merry Xmas to all you're all in my heart.Shana

Well Hi again thanks for your posts and I do do alot of reading here.Yes thank you I am finally feeling better I'm on a patch and a beta blocker and they seem to be doing wonders for me after 21 months.Unfortunatly my time on the cp is limited as both my boys(or should I say young men) are graduating from University over here in Florence and they are both using the cp ALL the time so I never have a chance to use it.But that soon will be over and than I will be back never fear.I'm keeping busy and yes I have started riding again which is a joy I was rather scared last winter thought I was going to have to sell my horse as I didn't have the breath to get in the saddle but thank heavens that is all past now and I have been able to do some tranguil(sp) riding here in the beautiful Tuscan hills.
Well all heres wishing you all the Merrest of Xmas and if I'm not on again I will be in the new year the best to all of you ;your a great group,

Well you guys(Karlynn,James)and everyone else,If you ever get over here get in touch I'd love to meet up with fellow valvers!!!!! Yes I must say today I'm thrilled I went riding here in the hills for 21/2 hours and I felt well afterwards what a joy!!!! I was so scared I was going to have to sell my horse.....Let me tell you a little secret....I even cried I was so happy there just aren't words enough when you can again live the little joys of life.It has taken so long getting back into shape that just feeling good and being able to breath better is a gift in its self.Again all my best to fellow valvers and a merry merry xmas to all,Shana
