Can't believe it. They are saying high's in upper 70's, low's mid 50's. Looking sunny. It's been chilly. Today we may get up to 60.

This forecast was through Friday. Hope it holds for the weekend. Still would suggest bringing a coat as the weather turns on a dime.

See you soon!

Checked through the weekend - still looks good with highs in 60's. Mighty lucky for this time of year. We must be living right.

:p

I was looking at the 7 day forecast last Friday and thinking, Cool! We'll have our Indian Summer after all for our reunion weekend. I would still bring a jacket. It is cooler by lake and we are going to Navy Pier Saturday. Can't wait to see everyone!

hi all!
i can't believe it, i just took out all my sweaters!!!!! it's been getting colder here in NY
it will be great weather for saturday then.
joey and i are arriving friday afternoon and will be at the dinner, but i'm not sure about the next day.
i think we may have to spend some time with our hosts (not to be rude). maybe we'll come for a bit, or maybe we'll come to the brunch on sunday. either way we'll see you friday night.
can't wait!!!
-sylvia

p.s. you must understand that i have been trying to get this man to come to a reunion with me ever since i've been on here. that's why i am soooo excited to finally be meeting everyone.

Hi Sylvia,

I would still bring a sweater or two. Saturday they are calling for light rain and in the 60's. Really can't beleive the forecasters here in Chicago. They are usually 80% inncorrect! When we were living down south in TN. They were much better with predictions.

Can't wait to meet you and Joey!

Have a safe trip and we will see you soon!

Ok...then tell me why Memphis had it down to almost and an exact science?!

Believe it or not, their equipment was far more sophisticated than Chicago's. Our good friend and neighbor in Memphis was a local TV forecaster. Learned alot! Come to think of it....I grew up next door to Harry Volkman. Another TV forecaster here in Chicago. He's ancient now! Still on TV though.

70? Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!

70? Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!

I'll be bringing my goose down jacket if the lows are 50's and highs 70's! That is arctic weather as far as I'm concerned!

My skin has thickened up just being back a year! I am telling you....it was brutal after 4 years of warmth!

Wait until we get downtown and the wind is whipping around! Hank, you should take Michelle downtown Thursday! Ask the desk about the hotel shuttle to the train at O'Hare. You can take it straight down. Grab a cab to where you wish to go. There is so much to do and see....hard to squeeze all of it in a few days.

See you Thursday at Gino's!

We'll be there!

We'll be there!

We're lookin forward to it all. We're gonna enjoy the weather, the company, the sights, the tired feet and the crazy CUBS fans.
