CHF combined with Supplements effects on INR of Miracle 2000, omega 3-6-9, folgard

Because of my CHF (liver congestion) I was wondering how dangerious was it to take Miracle 2000, Nordic Naturals omega 3-6-9 caps, and Folgard? The last I want is a PE but I my proteins are very low and I will be heading into a surger soon and so I want to improve my chances.
