Chest Spasms

Is it normal to have chest spasms?I had a hard time sleeping last night.I know about the tingling sensation.
Granted,I'm 4 months post operation and it takes getting use to all the weird things going on.

what do you mean by spasms? ive never experienced anything I would call spasms?
