Hi,
Lately I have been feeling pressure at the bottom of my incision, where I have some amassed scar tissue. Along with it I have been getting those skipped beats that almost everyone who has visited this site has experienced. Last week I had an EKG which came back "normal", or as normal as someone with a leaky post-surgical aortic valve can have. It was not a heart attack. I was told it is stress/anxiety related. It usually occurs when I am overtired. I have been chewing lots of antacids too to try to relieve pressure.
I guess what I'm asking is what can people do to get rid of this pressure (I don't want to call it chest pain because of its connection to heart attacks)? Does anybody do yoga for stress-relief therapy? Anyone else have a lump at the bottom of their incision where pressure gathers, and if so what do you do to relieve it.
Thank you very much for your input.
