Niki, I seem to remember that you came onto Channel 2, while Rain and I were chatting on Channel 0. Earlier, we had all been on Channel 2, where I think we are supposed to be, and where you normally enter the chat room. Somehow, we all got shifted to channel 0 where we stayed. I thought I saw you switch from channel 2 to channel 0, but apparently not.
When you come on, you can press the "finger" button at the bottom, which shows who is on all the channels; the channels are listed at the end of each line. You can then see if you need to switch channels, and if you do, you can type, for example
/JOIN 0

Hi Peggy,
Go to the main page and you will see the red bar across the page with Stories,Chat, Links, Guestbook and Forums. Just click on the chat and it will take you to that page. There you can enter your name and you are all set.

Next time I get a chance at one of the THREE home computers at my house[my lovely kids are always on them day and night, especially during the summer] I'll try the chat. I just tried now and get a connection failure. Maybe I am not allowed to join chats at work?
