I would think you can take them together. Not sure if cellcept affects your INR or not. I'm a nurse on a bone marrow transplant unit and many of our patients who've been transplanted take cellcept (also called mycophenolate). I can't think of anyone who is also taking coumadin but seeing as how we've put them on heparin drips, I'd think they could manage coumadin too. I work tomorrow and I'll ask our Pharmacist if that would be a problem.

I have seen several people on this combination and they had no problems.
 
Thanks for your replies, my thrombosis specialist hasn't returned my call yet, but from what y'all are saying, it's going to be ok. Thanks! Of course I'd rather not take the cellcept or anything else. :eek:
