Ok, so for the last several weeks I've taken on a new attitude (or should I say an new, old attitude - always had it before, just kinda temporarily lost it when I got sucked into some very negative energies this past year) anyway, i'm a big believer in that your thoughts have impact. negative breeds negative, positive breeds positive. That doesn't mean that I don't believe life won't throw a curve ball now and then, but I believe how you view those pitches affects your mental well being. Then on some level your physical well being.

Besides using Aromatherpy, Massage and Chiropratic therapies for several years now for my physical well being, I recently started using music as a way of managing my mental well being. Music has always played an important part in my life.. but now i'm taking to a deeper level. Using Meditation and Relaxing CDs - specifically tailored to relax and refresh the mind, body and soul..

so here's my question, is it just me, or am I the only one who can still hear their valve ticking away even with the headphones on. trying to get insync and meditate with the rythmic music is hard enough let alone add my own heart beat clicking away at a different beat no less.. when I listen to other music I don't hear it as much, but then it's more upbeat and I'm, well, jammin'. anyone else have this problem?
