Cardio visit....8 months out!

Got a decent report on my valve yesterday. It seems my left atruim is still enlarged and I was hoping it had decreased some in size. He said he hadn't expected it to yet, and in 6 months I have to do an echo and hopefully it will go down some.

My BP was 160/108. So, I got my Lisinapril doubled, and my thyroid is off again....we doubled that medicine as well. (I knew I shouldn't be this fat). He suggested I drink a glass of wine and relax and took me off my daily aspirin! At least thats one thing! I think I will go ahead and stay on a low dose anyway because I am over 40.

I am good for another 6 months! YAY!

Other then the BP an thyroid problem, sounds good. Are you sure he said wine and not Jack Daniels?

I sure will, but maybe not Jack. Jack and I don't get along very well.
