I am a member of the Cardiac Athletes forum, ran the Harrisburg Marathon Relay with the team. The site is a great place to meet other athletes with heart health issues and learn from their experiences. They will be planning the 2012 event soon, hopefully I'll have my issues under control and join them somewhere in the good ole USA. My husband runs so he gets to tag along and run with us too.

I've managed to sign up for then have to miss all 4 of them now due to family obligations - weddings, births, etc. - Vermont City, Jersey Shore, Wineglass, now Harrisburg. I can't wait to see what I'll miss this year.
