can someone interpret these results

I had a stress echo. I have very mild problems. Can someone interpret these numbers:
mild tricuspid insuffienecy with a transvavular gradient of 22 mmHG

mild aortic insuffiency with a PHT of 609 ms.

Is there a difference between insuffiency and regurg?

Cardio said I may be a candidate for an aortic valve replacement in 10 years -- mainly due to my age -- currently I am 63.

insuffiency and regurg are one in the same. Don't believe the 10 year statement. It may or may not last that long. Once they start to fail, they go down hill rapidly.
