Right so im getting used to finding my way around these forums!
lets have a little update.

So its 5 days since my initial post, im finding that ive improved lots. Im beggining to eat super clean now i have an apetite back, and im doing more and more. Im easily walking 2 miles a day, and not having any problems. My eyes are back to normal, and im sleeping find and on my side from time to time. I am not taking any pain medication. Occasionally i will take a couple of paracetemol, but nothing 'hardcore'. I am noticing a muscular pain in my upper right pectoral, it also seems like a particularly weak area. It worries me a little, but i realise this time 4 weeks ago i was on the slab getting surgery.

I feel in a week or two im going to be ready to pop to the gym and do some light work on my legs, alongside walking. Im going to adjust my walks to be on a treadmill. Its just to cold at the min, and im really feeling the cold!

my colour is coming back and im looking genuinly healthier. Still looking skinny, but hey..... ive just had a big ol surgery! il take my recvoery slowly!

Im going for a check up and ECG on the 20th feb, to see how its all going in there. Until then il keep you updated.

Things are getting easier, and apart from the right pectoral problem ive discussed im doing really well. Cant believe how i feel considering the surgery was 4 weeks back.

will update soon

Take it as slow as you need to. Many of us pushed too hard at the start, only to find that we had really set ourselves back instead of jumping ahead.

Getting your "color" back is a normal sign that things are working. That was one of the first things folks noticed about me. I had been so drained of color for a long time that the difference after surgery made me look like I had been vacationing at the beach. Of course, it didn't feel like I had been at the beach.
