Just treat it like a ride at the amusement park. Make sure you're strapped in tight, keep your hands and feet inside the cart at all times, and close your eyes and yell as loud as you can when it starts going really fast.

Can't begin to thank you all enough. Mary, it HAS been a long winter! -- I'll drink to that! Ross, I hope your signature "heavily medicated for your protection" isn't copyrighted because after hearing a run-down of all the meds I'll be getting the next several days, I may want to swipe it when I get back online.

Meanwhile, I am going to ask my very computer-savvy daughter to post news about her old man.

There are so many of you good folks who have offered words of encouragement and great advice that it is hard to respond to each individually. Just know I have read and cherished each message as I prepare for this journey that I hope will lead to the other side of that mountain.
