Bob,
I'm starting your very own thread (!) to wish you a successful operation on Wednesday. It sounds like it will be a go after your pre-op visit today, so know that my well wishes go with you along with a host of others.
Let me know how you like your Heart Hugger!
Mary

Best wishes Bob- we'll all be thinking of you on Wed. and looking forward to hearing from you on the post surgery forum.

It's out of your hands, now. It's in the hands of people you can trust to do this well.

Just treat it like a ride at the amusement park. Make sure you're strapped in tight, keep your hands and feet inside the cart at all times, and close your eyes and yell as loud as you can when it starts going really fast.

You will be in my thoughts on Wednesday. You will be through this and on the other side before you know it.

Best wishes,

Try to look for the calm so many of us get right before surgery and enjoy it. Hug lots of people and know we will be thinking of and praying for you.
Take care and God bless.

Good luck on Wednesday Bob! Climbing that mountain gets much easier once you get that first happy shot. :D

Will be thinking of you on Wednesday.

Bob - I wanted to wish you the best of luck on your surgery. You are up here in my area and I didn't even know it. I really have to pay more attention.

Can't begin to thank you all enough. Mary, it HAS been a long winter! -- I'll drink to that! :) Ross, I hope your signature "heavily medicated for your protection" isn't copyrighted because after hearing a run-down of all the meds I'll be getting the next several days, I may want to swipe it when I get back online. :D

Meanwhile, I am going to ask my very computer-savvy daughter to post news about her old man.

There are so many of you good folks who have offered words of encouragement and great advice that it is hard to respond to each individually. Just know I have read and cherished each message as I prepare for this journey that I hope will lead to the other side of that mountain.

Bob, hugs and prayers are coming your way. You will do fine. I know that you will just be glad to get it over and start living again. The other side of the mountain is closer than ever now. Be sure and let your valve.com family know how you are doing.

Bob, I am thinking of you, and I will be having my reoperation next week. It's hard to believe the time is quickly arriving.

Bob,

You are most certainly in my thoughts and prayers as you are in many others as well. I will specifically pray for no more illnesses, a smooth operation, and a very quick recovery.

As soon as you are able, please keep us posted.

Karl

Good luck, Bob. From someone who will be following in your footsteps in a month or two. I need encouragement so I'm looking forward to hearing about your impending fast recovery.

Randy

You're in my prayers for a successsful surgery and smooth recovery. It will be over before you know it and it will feel so good to be on that other side! We'll all eagerly be waiting to hear from your daughter!

God bless you,

You're in my thoughts. You will be on the other side of this thing and giving advice to others before you know it.

Best Wishes
