Beer and Coumadin

I know, it's been talked about a gillion times.

Had 1 beer on Thursday, 2beers on Friday, 3 beers on Saturday and just went hog wild crazy on Easter Sunday and had 4.

INR last week on Monday= 2.9

INR this week on Monday= 3.2

Not Bad, I just might have a couple of beers this week too.

That's good news as I like a few beers too and waiting AVR on 4/26/06. Thanks for the information.

Nathan's tested the limit to 4 beers in one afternoon, and it didn't affect his INR that evening, 1 day later or 2 days later. Yes, we home tested UNDER the influence....hehehe...this alcohol is not the greatest thing for the heart, but Nathan wants to live his life as normal as possible. He has had wine various days during the week as well.
