Sorry, been busy with the unusual winter weather, was sick with a cold and now alergies. Trying to get back to being more active, doctor stuff and the like. Spring is finally here though. We are going through the rainy season now also. But am doing good, work is picking up now and will be for the summer weed season. I work in a dept. of the city who checks on people's properties to make sure that they are keeping up the property. Pretty crazy time with the weather getting warmer. But I am learning to keep calm and talking the people through the problems. I am a receptionist, anwering the phone and directing them to the inspector. Pretty hairy at times, tempers flair. But I can do it. They do calm down after some time. I will try to most more often, stress relief. Take care all and hugs to all. Later.

Hi, glad to see you return. I commend you. Being a receptionist in a position such as yours I am sure you get the brunt of the angry tempers. Keep up the fine work and drop by to talk when you get some time.

Hey Caroline,

Good to see you back and posting. :)

The hardest part of the job, I work for housing codes enforcement, is the hardships people face with slum lords and corporate manangement. The things they tell me, heartbreaking. I try not to let it get me down, just to pray for them and hope they get some help from somewhere. I have a slum lord myself, does his own repairs with cheap cuts. But what one do with limited resources, hard to say. There are those that would kick you out in the street when they hear that the tenant turned them in. Hard part of life. I just pray a lot and hug my Dixie dog a lot. And grateful for my brother and friends here and everywhere else.
Now to something else, I will try to get more walking in, I got a long way to go and weight to lose. My Dixie will help and I have park to walk in. So I will keep everyone updated on that. Hugs for everyone today. Happy Earth Day everyone.
