Time flies and here come the anivesery of being somber for 10 years. Being smoke free, having money, not struggling for breathe, is great. I quite while waiting for surgery, feels great. Just had to share this with everyone. Hope there are more out there. Be good and have a great day.

I want to tell you that not only have you helped yourself but those close to you as well. I have now buried three of the people closest to me who each died from smoking related diseases. My friend, Ginger, died of lung cancer, George died of a series of strokes and my Dad died of COPD which really should be called "Smoker's Disease". We all die. Yet, it so unnecessary to suffer years of debilitation along the way because of smoking. Of the three, only my Dad actually quite smoking after his 2nd heart attack.

A salute to you on your victory celebration.

Larry

I still put money up in smoke even though I quit puffing five years ago I still put that ridiculous amount of $'s up in a street party including hot dogs and burgers for kids of all ages topped off by firesworks

Caroline, did you quit smoking and booze both? That's what a buddy of mine did, and he seems to be enjoying it. I'm a "cheap date", but I do enjoy alcohol in moderation.
