I have been taking this for two weeks following ablation. I think it is causing me to have a foggy brain, more than usual, and also the cause of ongoing unusual fatigue. Can anyone else comment on such side effects. Has anyone been on and then been able to come off? I'm due to see my doc in two more weeks, which will be a month after ablation for atrial flutter. The online description of this drug are, uh, interesting. I am just curious about others' experiences. After having my heart nice and regular following a period with it beating twice the normal rate I am not complaining but rather hoping to hear others' experiences.

hi, was on it for 3 months after my op due to A/F, did its job brill, not the sort of drug you want to be on longterm but short bursts not to bad, hope that helps

Nell, Oh yes I read about the side effects. I've only been on it 2 weeks and today was much better with yesterday somewhat better. I am also hoping to get dosage down after this month. Thanks for your information. Overall I am super happy to be in one of the happiest seasons of my life and still do so many things that I enjoy. I appreciate your answer!
