I have been using Alere since 2007 and I am quite pleased with their service. Their customer service reps are always very pleasant, courteous and eager to help.
And if I fail to call them with my INR results within the requested time, they will contact me to find out why I haven't called. I find this to be a very nice touch on their part, especially in this day and age.
