Well, NO, I ended up NOT going to the ER. I fell asleep waiting for S.O. to wake up and when I awoke, all the symptoms had dissipated. I was concerned about insurance covering ER cost if I presented with NO current symptoms and decided I would just contact my PCP with a history of symptoms while taking the antibiotic.

Bottom Line: I'm feeling fine and finally got 7 straight hours of sleep after only sleeping 2 to 3 hours at a time the last 2 days.
