Dear VR.com friends,
I just got through perusing Al's website (not the first time) to further educate myself as a new coumadin user. It occurred to me that now, in appreciation for all the excellent information his website provides and in lieu of "get well" posies, it would be an excellent time for me to make that donation to www.warfarin.com that I've been intending to do for the past several weeks. Many of us benefit not only from that website but also from the posts that Al frequently makes to assure us, answer our questions and give us guidance as we wrestle with the ups and downs of coumadin maintenance. I know that a donation is not within everyone's capability, just as with donations to VR.com, but if making a donation at this time to www.warfarin.com seems like a happy idea, I invite you to do so as a "GET WELL" wish for a man who offers us so much.
