Hi everyone. I haven't posted in a while. Hope everyone is doing well. I have a question. Is anyone on the ace inhibitor Capotril? My cardiologist has started me on this with bumex to help CHF symptoms. It has only been a week but this drug makes me dizzy!! I know I have to give it a chance but was wondering if anyone else has experience with it. Take care.

I had taken it at one time. I really didn't notice any adverse effects from it, but all of us are unique and different. What it didn't do to me, it may well be doing to you. Discuss this with the Doctor. :)

Did you read the data sheet that came with your prescription?
There should be a section on side effects.
Also, for a faster response, ask your Pharmacist.

There are several different types of ACE inhibitors
with different types of side effects, so if one doesn't work
for you, your Cardiologist can prescribe another until you
find one that works with minimal side effects.
