I went to a presentation last night sponsered by "the young at heart" support group.

It was mentioned something about a new drug, (and someone here mentioned it a while ago) in stage III trials, to replace our ever beloved coumadin/warfarin, Just called DTI for now, she stated they were 2 to 3 years away from being offered, unless something comes up during the trials.

They are suppose to have a lot less side effects and you don't need blood testing,
What will we do with all our extra time then???

Hmmm... now that would almost be "heaven" !

It will still be a few years before "Exanta" will be available to us, that is if the trials are successful.
