Der Biermeister
I was told by many of you that it was possible - and I found out today that it is for real. My 8th month echo showed a completely normal heart. No longer enlarged, muscle function very good, ejection fraction back up to 65 (it had gotten down to 40 a year ago), and the new valve performing perfectly.
Not only that -- he yanked one of my bp medicines - Norvasc.
I attribute this good fortune to one thing - my walking. I think I've only missed maybe 3 days since April. 4 miles per day - klomp klomp klomp - one foot in front of the other. Do I sound like a proponent?
