We had a great surprise today as it happened to be a day Scott was volunteering with the mended hearts program at CCF.
He got in touch with me and met up with mom and I in the cafeteria after she was discharged from her catherization procedure and we talked for oh... probably an hour or so.
It was wonderful to have someone we "knew" out here and my mom appreciated the conversation (Scott she especially liked hearing about your 6 day stay which is likely where her tolerance level for hospitals stays is LOL!)
