Saw this today... looks like they're creating heart valves from stem cells that can heal themselves. Done through TAVR, so could be great for new patients and valve-in-valvers. Predicting 2020, let's hope!

Interesting, but too much rehashed TAVR explanation and not enough explanation of how and why this valve would repair itself.

modern medicine is so amazing, lets hope we can continue to get new ways to help people with valve disorders! im hoping that by the time i may need surgery there will be options like this.
