4 month update so grateful!!!!!

Its been awhile since I posted, Ive been waiting to feel better both physically and mentally. I'm getting there!!!!! It has been 4 months since my AVR, MVR and cabe x1 (all from radiation heart disease years ago) and I have completed 30 sessions of cardiac rehab which has been a tremendous help for me. I start back to work part time on Monday Oct 31!!!!! my life is finally getting back to pre surgery. I feel blessed for this site as your stories and information have been the most helpful part of my recovery. i feel i can help others with my own experiences and seek advice and support from you all!!!

Great to hear! I'm 3 months out and feeling better then I've felt in 3 years overall. Still some kinks to work out but still amazed I'm not dead. I'm glad your starting to feel better!
