I'm a sensitive guy - at 2MG/day 1 was over 4. I'm now on 10MG/week, accomplished by alternative 1MG with 2MG so the 1MG ends up 4 days out of each week.

3.7 is great! I take 8 mg a day and 10 on sunday. You will get the hang of it in no time mileena. I am 7 months out of surgery and it has already become routine.

i'm new at all this, but isn't 3.7 alittle high ? I am 14 days post op for avr and mayo would like to see me betwen 2.5 and 3. I tested yesterday and was at 2.4 at 4.5mg.

mac, be happy with anything between 2 and 4. We like to be at the higher ends of our range so that we can eat all the Vit k we want and not have to worry about dropping too low.

Mileena has a mitral valve replacement. The usual range is 2.5-3.5 for a mitral, but some doctors go with 3.0-4.0.
Even at 3.7 on a range of 2.5-3.5, it's fine.
