Just made 25 years. Still playing beach volleyball every weekend if possible. Its just getting harder at 47 lol. Had fun this summer, did a lot of spear fishing and killed it in the lobster mini season. Aside from that just staying safe. I love posting my anniversaries because I know it helps others see everything will ok. I know it help me. **** my friend still chasing your record. Keep them years coming.

Flex131, it's good to hear from you again. I have little doubt that you and others on this forum will beat my record..........but, like I said before, I ain't gonna make it easy.

Congratulations! It is very encouraging to hear about these anniversaries. So often we hear about the bumps in the road here. I think it is because most of the folks who are doing well without events are just busy doing life and don't have any compelling reason to return to the forum, so thanks for dropping in and sharing.

We have the same valve BTW, St Jude mechanical- had mine installed 6 weeks ago. When I hear long term feedback like this it makes me feel good about my choice.

Congratulations on 25 yrs. I am 11 yrs today. I had a st Jude grafted aortic valve at 58. I’ve been through stage 1lung cancer/surgery and 2 bouts of endocarditis. I will be 70 in a couple of months and still doing great. Every day is a gift.
