Those of you who attended the 2004 Reunion in Golden might enjoy reliving some memories at this website. The Pueblo Chieftain had this article about Golden in today's edition. In the first picture, the Golden Hotel can be seen in the center. http://chieftain.com/life/1144028587/1

Yep, great reunion. Largest turnout to date I beleive. Must say something about the location! Would not mind having a repeat!:D

*nods*

That does bring back some cool memories ... thank you :).

And, yes, I wouldn't mind a repeat either ... course, I'd love for a Nashville one to repeat as well ... so I can actually attend. I wasn't around for the first one that was held in Nashville....hmph.

Thanks, Al. That is a very interesting article. It brings back memories of a very good reunion, but also points out quite a few things we didn't have time to see. I would be delighted to return to Golden.

Golden was very special, Al. Thanks for posting the article and bringing back memories. Cort, I agree with you about Nashville. I'm only 2 1/2 hours away and didn't make that one. Maybe we can try it another year. :)

Come on over!!

Come on over!!

Cool article Al!

I’d love to have you all back to Colorado. Next time it would be neat to have it in Durango just as the colors are turning or even a little earlier. You guys would just love it there. Beautiful little town with lots of things to see and do. Everything from camping/hiking/rafting to beautiful restaurants and hotels.

Maybe a late summer one, just before all you teachers and our kids go back to school. That would be way cool!! :) Maybe we could make one reunion a more family oriented one (with our kids) during the summer months. .....and the other a more 'professional' one. :D

Bring it on Rain:D 1st VR.com Family & Friends summer reunion in CO! Maybe 2007? 2006 summer is filling up fast here:)

2007 would be great!

2007 would be great!

My summer is way to full this year too. Lots of stuff going on, but 2007 woudl be great!

A summer reunion would not only be great for teachers and people who want to bring their kids, but also for folks who want to come out in their motorhomes. We could even go camping and picnicing in the summer. :D

And we are pretty ?cool? in the summer! :D :p

We have had intentions of renting a motor home. Maybe we can find out where to pick one up instead of a rental car! Drive from Denver to Durango? :D Way cool! Love the thought of CO in the summer:)

*grins*

I, too, like the idea of Colorado in the summer! I remember a few family vacations to several "smaller" [ ;) ] Colorado towns during the summer months ... always enjoyed it! But, alas, these days, with my car shows (etc.), I wouldn't be able to make it out to Colorado in mid-summer.... But, then again, ya never know ;).

And, Sherry ... glad to know I'm not the only one that'd appreciate another Nashville stop :). He he he

Glad that we got to drive out to CO...5 years ago in our Motorhome before the gas prices..went Sky-High. Newer Motorhomes only get 7-10 miles a gal. So, It will cost $150.00 for a 300 mile trip.. We have spider -webs on ours..but, we are taking it down to Local lake for Family Easter weekend.:) Had to back off from our many trips over to Myrtle Beach.$300.00 round trip and only 6 hours away...... Going by car to meet up with Mary , Danny and Ann (Hensylee) the weekend of June 10th. yall come on down.:) We need all the help we can get getting Danny (Gadgetman) to Walk the Line:D Bonnie
