Bonnie,

Congratulations on a great report. Now you can celebrate and relax until your next check-up, even though it will be sooner that you had hoped. I am sure your cardiologist is just concerned and cautious. Maybe after your 2 year anniversary, he will put you on an annual check-up!

Hi Bonnie-

Congratulations on the very good news. I think your card just wants you to come back cause he likes you:p

Time to celebrate with possum pie with pecan dressing, sorrel salad with ramps, Southern biscuits with wild gathered honey and home churned butter, and blueberry buckle for dessert.

Maybe a touch of moonshine to help it all go down.

Bon appetit!

And today

And today

Ladies only..saw my PCP for that woman's thing..:D Said everything looked great:p :p I told him my Cardiogist would not put me on a yearly checkup ..and he said..I don't blame him..for what you had done(Valve replacement)Also, he wants to see me, too, every 6 months..for followups. I am so lucky to have 2 great doctors. PCP checks b/p, ect.. Was 120/80 at Card's office and 123/75 at Pcp's office.ROSS. he gave me my flu shot. Said, he was glad I reminded him:) Told him about my sore ribs..he showed me how to raise arms, ect. to get ribs to heal quickly.. He also gave me FREE..30 days worth of Flexeril.. muscle spasms.. Anyone took it on coumadin? Was going to try one tonight Hurts to lay on stomach. BTW..Cardiologist (manages my coumadin) said NOT to worry if you miss a dose. Will come back into range. And reminded me that coumadin does not thin your blood..just makes sure it is clotting right. When I told him about my falling..he said. NEVER do anything that would cause you to fall and hit your head.:p :p Guess, I'll have to stay off Grandson's trampoline:p :p Bonnie
