Ran a mile in 8:34, about 30 seconds faster than a week ago.
Up to 13 dead hang pullups in one set
Ran a 294/300 on a CFT (combat fitness test)
-2:56 half mile sprint
-100 30lb ammo can over head presses in under 2 minutes
-2:15 time on movement under contact drill (consists of running and crawling through cones, carrying a simulated casualty, etc..)

making great improvements and finally able to perform isolated chest exercises without pain

Post Op** haha

Oh, you can do a mile much better than that. A 2:56 half says your mile time should be 6:05-6:10. At 12 weeks, I had all I could do to run 1 mile downhill with the wind at my back. Never mind what time.

Haha....

Well I most definitely right now couldn't keep that pace up for a whole mile, not yet at least. But that half mile sprint was also in boots/utility uniform.

Very nice. The endurance seems very very good. Looks like everything is progressing awesomely. Doing any Kettlebells yet?

Wow, impressive times. Keep up the good work. Those times are years behind me, I'm lucky if I can get anything under a 12 minute mile for a half mile anymore. :)
