    Question about MRI's after tissue valve replacement

    My husband is 13 weeks postop MR and AR valve replacement. He is doing cardiac rehab and the discussion was about persons with pacemakers cannot have MRI's. Now we wonder if this is true of tissue or even mechanical valve replacement patients. Anyone know of any information on this?
