I have been on Warfarin since 2005, started having nose bleeds, did a online search and found that folks on Comedian, Warfarin etc need to take Gelatin which is just Jello. Started to drink hot Jello in place of coffee nose bleeds went away.

Paul my advise is don't let them lower your INR it taken a full year from them lowing it till I had my TIA. Sure hated spending another 3 days in the hospital.
