Wow....how do you do it. I had BP this past Sat. of 60/56 due to medication. I've never felt so sick in my life. They took me off my BP meds until my doc appt. I never want to feel that way again.

When I was getting ready to discharge OT and PT came in and showed me some simple exercises just so I'd keep my legs and arms going....I wanted to laugh because they were just pure goofy.....Oh Lord when I got home and just did two reps of each I thought I was going to die.

I am so glad you said what I wanted to say......I tried but it was like having on a straightjacket.....oh what pain on the ole' incision.

I think I am just going to resort to the recliner and find a geriartic exercise program on tv where I just have to lift my knees and tap my hands....hehe.

It just kind of scared me today as I've never experienced the blackouts. I have always been on avapro (pre surgery), but they wanted to change me to one with a diuretic. One more thing that is just going to take time.

John, Welcome to the boards. I just had my valve replaced and I too had the root damage and an aneurism and lots more going on. I had what's called the Bentall procedure. I don't know how far you can travel, but the Texas Medical Center in Houston is top notch and they just gave me a new lease...

I will probably have a med alert bracelet made not that I am on coumadin and now that I have a pacemeker. What is the best wording for the bracelet as far as one being on coumadin and I guess having the pacemaker. I assume you don't have anything on it for aortic valve replacement.
