You have your youth going for you, however stay with Mom for a while, when you get back here (Brooklyn), will you be set up with all you need or will you have to go out grocery shopping and up and down carrying...

Recovery had an unforseen drawback.(for me).

LOL....Thanks all, I paid the 735.00, at least I'm alive to complain about it. I did change my rate plan, would have changed services, but I just signed on for 2 years with a new phone, before this happened. So, my ranting to the service got me nothing but letting my frustration out. I'm keeping...

Recovery had an unforseen drawback.(for me).

A Zeppole is deep fried dough, eaten warm with powdered sugar on it. Not exactly healthy but really good! When I was young my Mom used to make them with ricotta mixed in the dough, they were fluffier...called them Ricotta Puffs.

Recovery had an unforseen drawback.(for me).

Well, I have been home recovering from my surgery and pericarditis, I have been using my cell phone more than I ever did before, as it was hard for me to reach the landlines.. Prior to my surgery I had everything "taken care of" except one thing...changing my rate plan on my cell phone for more...

    Length of surgery

Mine was 8 hours in the operating room,I do not know how long I was on the pump, but they left a nice 3 inch horizontal scar on the top of my right breast for the "pump", they did not go through my groin,I think that is why it took so long. I'm told that this is not common.

    When to return to work

I'm out since 7/30...my surgery called for the 8-12 week number. Wait to see how you feel. Try not to put a "date" on your recovery. I thought I would be back in 8 weeks, then I developed pericarditis around 9/10 and am still being treated for it, so I have no idea when I am going back. I have...

Autumn in New York is the best season for me. We had a pretty humid summer, I hardly went outside after my surgery...could not breathe with the humidity...docs told me to stay indoors and walk. Give me the 50's & 60's anyday.. Looking forward to Halloween, hope to be up and out to the Village...
